FAQ's

HOW DO TELECOM DISPOSAL OFFER A FREE SERVICE?

Our services are FREE of charge to customers because we make our money from:
Precious metals recovered from the 1000’s of redundant and obsolete items
we collect on a daily basis.

Steel, plastics and cables removed from items which are dismantled

Resale of any re-usable items with a residule value
(a percentage of which is returned to our customers)

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN OR EXTRA CHARGES?

Ocassionally equipment will be HARD WIRED to your mains supply, which will require
a specialist electrician to decommission. If this is the case NO works will be carried out until
Telecom Disposal had carried out a survey of the equipment, the supply and the possible options.
A price would then need to be agreed by you before any decommission could take place.

During this period you are under NO obligation to proceed with the disposal and all quotes will
not incur a charge
.

HOW OLD CAN EQUIPMENT BE?
What condition/age should the equipment be?

Your equipment can be new or used and in any condition or quantity.

ARE THERE ANY ITEMS YOU WILL NOT DISPOSE OF?

Telecom Disposal will dispose of all types of networking and communications equipment
of any condition or age.

WHEN DO WE GET A RETURN ON OUR ITEMS OF VALUE?

Any equipment with a residule value will firstly need to be tested and reset.
Once this is completed Telecom Disposal will discuss resalable prices with you before we
proceed to remarket this equipment.

Once we have agreed on a resale value you will generally receive your funds within 30 days.

* Any faulty items will not be eligible for a return on your assets.
